- Build a scalable process to acquire, capture, aggregate, rationalize, share customers’ feedback to build a thoughtful decision making internally
- Own the Customer Feedback Platform that will be the centralized feedback management tool in the company
- Build a framework to disseminate relevant customer insights to the right PIC inside the company
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to accelerate the process of customer insights internalization
- Initiate specific customer research with the aim to drive value delivery that includes both qualitative and quantitative analysis; also primary and secondary research
